BODY LANGUAGE

BODY LANGUAGE
Body language is the art of showing instead of saying. According to the experts, it makes up around 60% of daily communication. Body language refers to the nonverbal signals like gestures, hints, eye movements and tone of voice that we use to communicate and reveal our feelings and emotions.
We all use body language, from our facial expressions to our body movements daily, and we do it instinctively.
Understanding body language is essential, but it is also necessary to remember paying attention to the context and cultural background. It would help if you looked at signals as a group in many cases rather than focusing on one single action.
When you are in touch with others, you keep sending and receiving signals as words. The tone of voice and eye contact are powerful messages that give others a feeling of comfort, building trust, and attracting others. Or, in another way, it can confuse or offend others. Body language helps determine if we trust or believe what others are saying.
Most well-known politicians have their own body language consultants who help them master their appearance.
Over the years, body language has been studied, but it became well known in the 1960s, and the first book about body language was published in 1978. But still, most of people nowadays believe that talking is the primary way of communicating.
Understand the story of your face to lead a life of harmony and happiness.
